Shipping Policy

Soda Futura creation is hand-made after ordering.  Please allow between 5 days to two weeks on top of shipping for your custom piece of jewelry to arrive.  Most orders are ready to ship within 1-2 business days of ordering, but some require additional time in production. We will inform you about that via e-mail.

Exchange Policy

We don't offer direct exchanges through the site. If you'd like to exchange a product, drop us an email orders@sodafutura.com. We will give you instructions on how to exchange the jewelry. 

Gift cards policy

Digital or printed gift cards CAN'T BE returned or exchanged for money. It also CAN'T be extended after the final expiration day.

In case you want to extend the gift card, please write us an email BEFORE the expiration day and we will extend it with 20% Gift Card value.  We will not extend the gift card after the expiration day.
